EMTRACK Driver

EMTRACK Driver is an application for drivers designed to facilitate maximum communication between the driver and the dispatcher, as well as navigation along designated routes. Using a tablet installed in the vehicle, the driver can:
- View planned routes and navigate the path set by the dispatcher,
- Communicate via chat and quickly report issues,
- Send photos directly from the tablet,
- Enable/turn off e-TOLL data transfer.

Arrival Notification

If, instead of constantly checking whether the cargo has reached its destination, you'd prefer the system to notify you, then this feature is just for you. In a few clicks, you can set a vehicle's destination, and the system will notify you via SMS when the vehicle arrives at or departs from the location.

Google Maps

The EMTRACK platform utilizes accurate and frequently updated Google Maps. Users have access to the default, satellite, hybrid, and terrain maps and can enable traffic information. Additionally, they can observe their vehicles in Street View mode.

Location of people and parcels

Specially designed trackers, smaller than a matchbox, allow for tracking people, parcels, or other mobile objects without power. With the notification module, we can swiftly be informed when our child leaves school, an older person falls, or our parcel reaches its destination. Additionally, an alarm button allows the User to notify about potential danger, and the remote listening capability helps determine what's happening in the immediate vicinity of the tracker.

Control and settlement of daily mileage

The application enables complete verification of vehicle mileage, detailing the time and place the trip started, the distance covered, fuel consumed, and assessment of the driver's fuel economy. Reports can be generated for any range, displayed online in the application, or exported to PDF and XLS files.

Cross-border reporting

The EMTRACK system constantly monitors the position of all vehicles. As soon as any vehicle crosses a border, an appropriate notification is generated for the interested parties. The User can then produce a report summarizing the stay in countries, providing information such as duration of stay, driving time, distance traveled, fuel consumed, and many other valuable details.

Integration with SENT-GEO

The EMTRACK system is fully integrated with the SENT GEO platform, enabling real-time data transmission. At any given moment, the User can activate or temporarily deactivate data transfer to SENT, ensuring vehicle location data is sent to SENT GEO only when necessary.

Additionally, there's an option to enable SMS or e-mail notifications if there's no communication from the device for longer than 40 minutes to ensure compliance with SENT requirements. Among the additional accessories, there's an option to purchase a so-called SENT LED for the driver, indicating the correct or incorrect operation of the device.

The SENT GEO service operates from the simplest devices, collecting only GPS location data, and doesn't require any additional components.

Temperature monitoring

Up to 6 temperature sensors can be connected to our devices, with measurements continuously sent to our servers. If the temperature falls or rises outside the set range, an alarm is immediately triggered. Beyond real-time temperature monitoring, the User can generate a report that visualizes temperature values over time and can send it to their client with just a couple of clicks to a specified e-mail address.

Locating unpowered objects

Thanks to our special devices with their power supply and a broad range of configuration options, we can install a device to monitor an object that allows for up to 3 years of operation without the need for battery replacement. The device will notify the User if the object leaves a defined area, detects movement, or when the device battery is running low. This is an excellent solution for monitoring trailers, boats, containers, and other objects without their power source.

Driver's Working Time Analysis

The driver's working time analysis module evaluates data from the tachograph and continually displays detailed information such as:

- start time of the current shift
- remaining driving time considering daily rest, weekly rest, and driving limits within a shift, week, and fortnight, including the available extended driving period
- remaining time before a mandatory break or the time left to count a break, as well as information on the counted first part of a split break
- time left before mandatory breaks and rests start

Additionally, the module displays the driver's working time history and supports double manning operations. The User has access to nearly 20 types of instant notifications, such as a break acknowledgment or a committed offense!

Integration with other systems

We understand that running a business involves using many different systems, which can be cumbersome. To address this, we created an integration interface based on REST technology, allowing any other method to retrieve real-time and historical information about vehicles shared by the system's user.

Sending routes to the driver

A dispatcher can send a planned route to the EMTRACK Driver terminal. In return, they receive confirmation from the driver about the route's receipt, which the Route Module of the EMTRACK platform continually monitors.

Advanced search engine

In traditional apps, the search function is used for finding addresses. We've revolutionized this in our application. With our search engine, you can access the work history of any vehicle configuration, generate favorite reports with a single click, or locate any vehicle or place on the map!

Driver's driving style analysis

The EMTRACK platform has a driver's driving style analysis module. Devices collect information about sudden accelerations, harsh braking, or dynamic cornering. Idle running time, driving time above a set speed, driving time exceeding certain engine RPMs, engine braking ratio to conventional braking, and much more are also counted. This data is used to build a driver's driving style assessment and is estimated separately for each trip and presented in a report. Moreover, a continuous evaluation of driving style, based on the last 24 hours of movement, is displayed in the app.

Notifications and reminders

Currently, our system detects and publishes over 60 different types of events, such as power outages, leaving an area, reaching a destination, etc. The notification module allows for instant information to the user about a given event via app notification, e-mail, SMS, or calling a specific WWW address for integration with external systems.

Thanks to the reminders module, it's possible to define how many kilometers or how often the system should remind you about a selected event for a given vehicle. This ensures you'll never miss an inspection deadline, data retrieval from the driver's card, or an insurance expiration.

System expansion

Vehicle installations can be enriched with additional devices, including:
- user identifier,
- operation mode switch,
- emergency button,
- temperature measurement sensors,
- fuel probe.

Furthermore, the device can be integrated with any other that generates a binary signal (e.g., a rotation sensor for a concrete mixer drum, a bucket lowering sensor) or an analog one (axle pressure, liquid amount in a tank).

e-TOLL

The EMTRACK system is certified by the Ministry of Finance as a ZSL service provider. This allows us to send essential data in real time for settling transits on toll roads.

Users can activate or temporarily deactivate data transfers to e-TOLL, ensuring vehicle position data is sent to KAS servers only when necessary.

The e-TOLL service operates on selected device models that only gather GPS position data and don't require additional components.

Driver identification

The EMTRACK system enables driver identification using various authorization mediums. This could be a proximity card, a Dallas pill, a digital tachograph driver's card, or a PIN entered into the driver's terminal.

All events that occur in the vehicle when a driver is logged in are attributed to their account and displayed in reports. Thanks to this feature, it's easy to maintain internal driver rankings and monitor the performance of each individual.

An added advantage is the capability to prevent the vehicle from starting until an authorized driver logs in.

MiLoG

A border-crossing report containing information about stay duration, driving time, and stopover in a given country facilitates the efficient completion of the MiLoG declaration.

Integration with 4Trans and SuperTacho

Using our platform allows for remote data retrieval from the driver's card and the internal memory of the tachograph and its import into the 4Trans or SuperTacho system. Additionally, even in vehicles without a connected digital tachograph, you can generate a specific border-crossing report and import it into 4Trans or SuperTacho for business trip settlement.

Reporting private and business trips

A significant portion of fleet maintenance costs is due to the use of the vehicle by an employee for private purposes. With the EMTRACK system, it's easy to differentiate between business use and those journeys that should be billed to the employee. The ability to quickly generate a report summarizing the number of kilometers traveled for both purposes can lead to increased company savings.

History and animation

In our application, users have access to an enhanced vehicle movement history animation feature. One of the most intriguing aspects is the capability to display route history for multiple vehicles simultaneously. The animation control panel allows for smooth time adjustments or continuous playback at a chosen pace. Furthermore, users can select a specific date for display in the animation or check when a vehicle is at a particular location. The historical mode also displays all measurements relevant at the indicated time.

Constant fuel monitoring

Within the app, users can view the current fuel level, the vehicle's average consumption for the day, check the fuel used on a particular route, or even the amount of fuel burned while idling. Additionally, the application allows monitoring of refuelings and fuel losses through an event, noting the amount of fuel filled, its location, and time.

Sharing views with clients

To foster our client's relationships with their customers, we offer the possibility to share vehicle information to a specified e-mail address temporarily. During this period, the third party can track the vehicle's location and measurements, with this access automatically expiring at a set date and time. This functionality ensures our client remains informed about product deliveries or can verify the accuracy of a rendered service.

Communication with the driver

Users of the EMTRACK application have access to a messenger feature allowing communication amongst themselves and with drivers. Meanwhile, the driver is equipped with the EMTRACK Driver app on a tablet, which aids in route reception, navigation, message sending, and file transfers (e.g., photos of accounting documents).

Customer visit verification

EMTRACK allows for the import of thousands of commercial points and monitors vehicle presence near them. With this feature, you can quickly determine who visited your client how long the visit lasted, and swiftly generate a report of client visits by your salesperson.
Reporting and export

The application offers various report types and is adaptable for quick additions. This ensures that our users always have data in the desired format and can promptly summarize their vehicle operations. Additionally, reports can be exported to PDF, XLS, and CSV for further processing or quickly sent to a specified e-mail address.

Remote tachograph data reading

EMTRACK offers specialized devices connected to digital tachographs. Devices connected this way provide real-time driver work status (D8) and enable remote reading of driver card data (legally required archival once every 28 days) and built-in tachograph memory (legally required archival once every 90 days).

To remotely retrieve this data, the user needs a company card and a smart card reader connected via USB, and then, through the EMTRACK app, they can request specific data, and the system will handle the rest, notifying them when the DDD file is ready for download.

Remote reading of tachograph data

The EMTRACK system offers special devices that are connected to digital tachographs. The device connected in this way has information about the driver's current work status (D8) and allows remote reading of data from drivers' cards (required by law to be archived once every 28 days) and reading of data from the tachograph's built-in memory (required by law to be archived once every 90 days).

In order for the user to download the data remotely, a company card and a smart card reader connected to the computer via USB are required. Then, through the EMTRACK application, you just need to add an order to download the selected type of data, the time range and the system will take care of the rest informing you when the DDD file is ready to be downloaded to your computer!

Onboard computer data reading

Thanks to our onboard computer integration module, we can display real-time and historical parameters like mileage, engine RPMs, fuel levels, fuel consumption on routes and while idling, gas pedal pressure, engine operation time, oil temperature, and many more.

Unlimited data access

We don't believe in imposing limits, so we grant our users access to an unlimited data range. If you've been our client for 10 years, you have access to data spanning that entire period – with no extra charges!

Planning, dispatching, monitoring, and reporting routes

One of our system's primary modules is the Route Planning and Implementation module.

From a computer, a dispatcher can plan the most optimal route, considering the weight and size limits of the vehicle, save it, send it to the vehicle, and monitor its execution.

If the vehicle deviates from the route or is at risk of not arriving on time, an immediate alert is generated. Plus, the route's progress can be viewed in real-time, and a completion report can be swiftly generated.

Real-time object location
Position updates as often as every few seconds!

The app allows for real-time vehicle positioning (reporting times every few seconds) and historical route mapping, including stops, halts, speeds, time spent at defined locations, route progress, and more.

Furthermore, users have unlimited device communication, ensuring no unforeseen additional costs.

Real-time location of objects

Refresh the position even every few seconds!

The application allows real-time positioning of vehicles (notification times every few seconds) and archival mapping of routes (including stops, stops, speeds, staying in defined places, route travel and more).

What's more, the user doesn't have a limited transfer for communicating with the device, so there's no worry about entering into additional costs!

Mobile Access

As part of the subscription, our users have access to mobile apps running on the Android and iOS platforms. With this app, they can view the current status and readings of their vehicles or generate a route history for any period and a simplified Trip Report.
